It's really sending me that these fascists have giant robots and yet their primary tool of terror is the guillotine. They have a whole production about it when they're beheading people.
Update: since episode 21, the civvies have made it to space and commandeered a derelict Feddie battleship and have waged a running war against the fascists. They've also lamented the feddies EVERYTIME they show up to "assist" in battle.
Also, mobile suit sized motorcycles?
