Protest declared unlawful seconds after small fire set in front of Police Union. Fire went out within a minute.
Arrested several randomly. Including the guy with the bubble machine. Officer 44 told this person to go home, they stood there with hands up for about 2 seconds, then arrested them.
They love to intimidate, if they don't have a reason to arrest.
