I don't know who needs to hear this, but the fact that you don't have a Facebook, Instagram, or a Twitter account with thousands of followers does not mean you are not making impact. Don't pressure yourself to be like others, not everyone will follow the same path.

Don't put pressure on yourself.

We live in a generation that gives a pseudo sense of importance to people just because of the number of followers they have.

Such that, even if they come online to say what is not correct, so far they have that large number of followers, you will see people who will come and worship and even go the extra mile of insulting people for them, these are the times we find ourselves in.

So now, a lot of people are pressured to want to have a page, they are pressured to want to open accounts and amass thousands of followers. Since everyone is having, so why not?

Please, can I tell you what? RELAX. Relax and don't stop building yourself. In years to come, we will know who is really doing the work.

Have you ever thought of this, what if social media decides to shut down today, what happens?

What happens to the followers, likes, and all, what? You see why I say it is a pseudo sense of importance?

Dear child of God, understand the time and season you are in. If you don't have the leading to start a page, or anything at all, please leave it and keep working.

Not everyone will follow the same path, and that's fine.

Do you even know? If some of the most influential persons in the world today shut down their social media accounts and decide to open again tomorrow, do you know they will get thousands of followers again in a breath?

Numbers are good, influence is good. All I'm saying is, don't be pressured into starting or building anything in another person's way, else, you will get tired. Build, learn, grow. Go on your lane and go on your pace.

See what the Preacher says in Ecclesiastes 3:1, "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven."

May you understand your season and learn to walk in it in Jesus' name. Amin.
