The late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg becomes the first woman to lie in state at US Capitol this morning.

Joe Biden, who chaired the Senate Judiciary Committee in 1993 during the confirmation process of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, will pay his respects along with Kamala Harris at the US Capitol this morning where the late Supreme Court Justice will lie in state in National Statuary Hall.

The casket of late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will arrive at US Capitol at approximately 9:30am this morning and be carried up the US Capitol steps through the Rotunda into Statuary Hall where she will lie in state.
