If you weren’t there you don’t know how resigned to grey prog rule people were. Even Scalia (pbuh) had dissents that boiled down to “they’re just making it up”. Anything is possible in the ‘20s.
We will also all need to step up and network to fill these bureaucracies and institutions. Some may just attack and destroy them. That’s fine, too.
