The 'extreme state' of illiteracy
This little rakshasa does not even know what he is quoting. This is the shlok: “न मां दुष्कृतिनो मूढाः प्रपद्यन्ते नराधमाः।माययापहृतज्ञाना आसुरं भावमाश्रिताः॥7.15॥” This verse is talking of a baddha (not free) person who is bound to the world.
Word by word translation:
Mudhah, the foolish; duskrtinah, evildoers, sinners; who are nara-adhamah, the most depraved among men; who are also apa-hrta-jnanah, deprived of, despoiled of (their) wisdom; mayaya, by Maya; and asritah, who resort to; asuram bhavam, demoniacal, ways
such as cruelty, untruthfulness, etc.; na, do not; prapadyante, take refuge; man, in Me, the Brahman.
In the above verse, lord Krishna is talking about people who are engage in temporary material world, who refuse to know the goal of life, leave alone the consciousness.
Krishna is asking you to surrender to the part of Brahman inside u, ignite your spiritual realm, so that you will never linger in lowlands for partial fulfillment. And once you expand the consciousness, not letting limited to you, you will automatically surrender to the Universe.
In the last I want to say that you will need a brain to understand Hindu scriptures. which is not at all in this little rakshasa.
