Drop 4772 is strange. I did the dig already. I would like users to discern and vet for themselves. I typically don't start with this type of disclaimer. This might be a big one. Also ANY mistakes/errors/wrong info. Identify. I don't have special qualifications.
Drop 4772. LOSBR is mentioned. I thought it was guidance and it is. None the less, lets get some definitions and basic info. Dig, right?
Wiki def for basic operations. I also posted up some history of the weapon. LOSBR is Line Of Sight Beam Riding. The start in 1967. It replaced the FIM-43 "RedEye"?
I took a look at what it replaced as well. Made a note of that date 1957, I remember something from the drops. The Earth Satellite Program. Now looking up "RED" in my search parameters, with missiles. I came to this next little bit.
Like I said, more of a stumble here, none the less.
Times line up, Von Braun's team was mentioned several times. If it's a familiar name you'll understand why in a moment.

Hello, Wernher Magnus Maximilian Freiherr von Braun. Operation PaperClip much? Former high-ranking SS member? I marked that wives name for a reason too. Plus we've been advised to follow wives.
This is the father of Von Braun. Still a prominent member in seat. Has the same wives last name as her son? This of course prompts me to look at who they are. Who are these Quistorps?
Bloodlines? Like big time. This is the part I need help verifying. This list is HUGE! Is it accurate? Partially? I don't know yet. Started thinking about it yesterday, now posting where I am. Here are the snips. There are a lot! Seriously need help vetting.
Like I said, a pretty damn big list. With some very prominent names. Again discern for yourselves, vet for yourselves, decide for yourselves.
Now it wouldn't really be one of my takes if I didn't throw some of this back at the board/drops. No worries, just one bit here. 4772(drop)-1967(year program LOSBR start) = 2805. plug it in. Corona Sats? Play a Game?
