The vaccine manufacturing guy wants Rs 80000 crores to provide vaccine to Indians.
Q
1) Is is vaccine safe?
2) Is it efficient?
3) How long does immunity last?
4) What is the cost of production per dose?
5) What is the price for end user?
6) Will CFR go below 1.5% on vaccination?
This is a trick of Pseudo Science practitioners.
Why would a manufacturer want the govt run @MoHFW_INDIA to buy vaccines without having answers to all above questions?
He has set it up nicely for politicians & bureaucrats to intervene?
Do you think state Govts will let it go?
Mr Adar Poonawala must first come up with effective vaccine
When I say effective, I mean that it should be proven beyond any doubt about safety, efficacy & period of immunity.
It should be established that CFR & Infection rates go down drastically.
If not, it is voodoo science
I know my voice & that of many sane people will be lost in the din
But
1) Let the vaccine be proven
2) Let us buy it, if it is proven. We do not need hand out from govt for this
3) Let us help those who cannot buy it. I pledge it for 100 ppl from my personal money if 1) is met.
