Butcher's who's life was nothing but to slaughter innocent animals and sell them into cities and earn living.
Looking at such violent nature muni thought to teach them lessons of ahimsa so that they can get rid of the killing of innocent animals.
Tirthankar's teaching of hating the paap (sin) and not the paapi (sinner) was the base of this foundation which was started by muni on 1st May 1958 by including the dalits and khatik( butcher) and ignored of the society n named them

62 years ago started this noble cause by #sameer_muni had made vow of lifetime to make butcher's free from killing animals by teaching them valuable lessons of lord mahavir
His constant efforts started showing
Extraordinary results with time.
Over 1 lakh khatik's gave up their violent buisness of butchering and started doing other buisness.
Seeing all this,
A wave of change was flowing through out the rajasthan .
Than CM #mohanlalsukhadiya donated 20 acres of land to him.

In chittorgarh rajasthan.
On 3rd May 1966 he himself came and inaugurated the "ahimsa nagar" .
Nimach , mandsor , chittorgarh , udaipur , choti sadri etc have most population of veerwal's.
They are earning quite well and are financially giving tough to oswal and Agarwals today.
Surat , pune , ahemdabad have many business man of veerwal' samaj.
In villages they are Mostly in farming
JEE-MAINS 2017 topper kalpit veerval is gem of this caste .
Other jain caste also welcomed them with open Heart and did Roti- Beti vyavahar with them and gave equal status.
Today also many khatik's are inculcating the values of jainsim mostly in MP and Rajasthan by the efforts of veerval samaj organisation , who is promoting ahimsa and bringing them into jainism by giving them vows of not having alcohol , avoiding nonveg food n ratri bhojan.
40 years ago on 26th September 1980 sameer muni took santhara and left this world
All India jain veerwal sangh celebrates death anniversary every year.

Veerwal's motivates us to understand that the most cruelest person can also be changed with pure intentions and teachings of ahimsa
Upliftment of dalits will not be done by cursing them but by accepting them and introducing them with values of equality and ahimsa
