2/ The Commission has in the last 20 years recorded a number of milestones. It has treated over 20,000 petitions, found over 5000 worthy of investigation and prosecuted about 1000 of such cases. - Prof. Bolaji Owasanoye, ICPC Chairman.
3/ Within the same period we have conducted 47 full System Study and Reviews, 582 reviews comprising personnel and capital budget utilization, review of open treasury portal entries and implementation of some recommendations from AuGF on MDAs. - ICPC Chairman
4/ we have established 445 ACTUs in MDAs, established ACAN as a training arm of the Commission and in the past 5 years alone ACAN trained 14,000 public servants.
ICPC made input into the introduction and design of BVN, IPPIS and GIFMIS to mention a few achievements. -ICPC Chair
5/ Sir, we developed the National Values Curriculum being taught through different subjects at primary and post primary levels in schools across Nigeria. - ICPC Chairman
6/ The second phase of the Constituency projects tracking covered 772 (490 ZIP and 232 Executive) across 16 States.
Thus far, ICPC has made 59 contractors handling projects worth N2.25 billion back to site.
We must mention that some projects were well done
7/ Furthermore, we have recovered and mostly returned to beneficiaries assets worth N700m and cash almost N200m.
In order to improve the delivery of projects, ICPC recommends that govt. should prevent MDAs from executing projects outside their core mandate. ICPC Chairman
8/ We discovered payment of N2.67bn during lockdown when the children were not in school, and some money ended up in personal accounts. We have commenced investigations into these findings.
9/ 52 institutions in the Health Sector were reviewed and we found surplus of N4.6bn on personnel cost which we have recommended to the Minister of Finance to be restrained from abuse until the agencies have credible explanations.
10/ We discovered the abuse of personnel cost by some officers on GIFMIS platforms notably at Usman Danfodio University Teaching Hospital were N227m was diverted by an individual from surplus personnel cost without the knowledge of superiors.
11/ Early this year, the Commission based on intelligence seized over 16bn from Federal Ministry of Agriculture because the money was moved under suspicious circumstances below the threshold of monitoring by Accountant- General.
12/ We also found payments to agric contractors for no job done or overpayments for jobs done and appropriation of projects on private farms of senior civil servants of the Ministry.
13/ One individual from the Ministry now deceased appropriated over N2.5bn to himself and and cronies.
Other assets recovered include 18 buildings , 12 business premises and. 25 plots of land.
14/ We have restrained and and recovered by administrative or court interim and final orders assets above N3bn, facilitated recovery of $173,000 by whistleblower unit of Ministry of Finance from an oil company and restrained £160,000 in a UK bank. - ICPC Chairman
15/ UN Resident Coordinator , Edward Kallon, commends ICPC for sustaining the momentum in the fight against corruption in Nigeria .
The level of transparency I have found here is unequivocal.
16/ The fight against corruption will not be possible without the judiciary and Ministry of Justice.

21/ This year marks two significant events in our country, Nigeria at 60 and ICPC at 20.
I am happy about the theme of the summit “Together Against Corruption.

22/ I am particularly pleased by the recognition and participation of the non state actors, the media and CSOs in the fight against corruption.
I commend the ICPC for its enforcement and preventive efforts including systems studies and reviews. - PMB
23/ Ethics and integrity scorecard in MDAs is an excellent measure to curb corruption in MDAs.
We must all join in the fight against corruption in Nigeria and return to our traditional values of honesty and integrity. -President Buhari.
24/ Ethics & Integrity Compliance score card of MDAs are excellent preventive measures for detection of early warning signs of vulnerabilities of MDAs to corruption & a way of assisting govt. take notes of MDAs that are prone to corruption & deserves closer scrutiny of govt. -PMB
25/ Together as a nation, as a people, as a govt. we can fight corruption.
Nobody must be left behind and all hands must be on deck in the fight against corruption.
This govt. through the open treasury initiative, TSA, BVN has implemented measures to track govt fund - @MBuhari
26/ Artificial intelligence can help improve transparency.

30/ Private sector has to speak out and point out corruption in the system to ensure a level playing ground for them to succeed.

32/ ICPC must invest so much in public enlightenment by encouraging the media.
Fight against corruption has to be sectorial and incremental.
