All views are entertained, if they find a sponsor

The criers and heralds on every corner
regaled the people with tales of their man's valor
"He killed those savages in a foreign war,
he made Christians ashamed of Christmas no more"
"He politely served and loyally did support
his boss, the first Black leader we did appoint."
Some malcontents and dead-enders,
wondered if we could do better.
"Let's stop climate change, let's have peace,
and for every sick person provide some relief!"
Urgent messages were sent by mail and by fax
On letterheads from Exxon-Mobil & Goldman-Sachs
"Get this rabble under control -- mislead and shame,
with messages of fear, keep the people tame!"
So when Trump or Biden emerge in November,
All who hear this should indeed remember,
With humanity on the verge of ruin and doom,
These two clowns were the best we could do.
