@GovEvers President Donald Trump is holding two rallies in Wisconsin this weekend, in two cities with high rates of infection.

Evers says Trump could prevent the situation from getting worse by either not coming or insisting attendees wear masks.

"He could wear one, too," Evers says.

@GovEvers DHS chief medical officer Ryan Westergaard says the epidemic in Wisconsin has exceeded local departments' ability to do contact tracing.

"It's safe to assume the virus is everywhere," he said.

@GovEvers Health Services Secretary Andrea Palm says it's critical to change course now to avoid needing the field hospital that has so far not been needed.

"We built that as the ultimate insurance policy … we are closer to getting to (using it) than we ever have been," Palm says.

@GovEvers "We'd love to work with the Legislature. They haven't been around for awhile," @GovEvers says about measures that could be taken beyond mask mandate, notes Republican lawmakers are against the requirement.

"If they have some good ideas, let's have at it."
