Biden right on pre-existing conditions. But highly debatable whether court would overturn.
Trump rightfully says RBG said the President has the right during his term.

Biden says people on front lines are the ones losing jobs (who is he talking about?).
Biden talks about small businesses and restaurants closed.
But how is Biden going to bring them back if the disease lasts one more year? Doesn't make sense. Europe is proving that strategy isn't going to hold up.
Biden is wrong: All those tax code advantages were OBAMA ERA TAX LEVELS.
Trump: I've done more in 47 months than you have done in 47 years.

Biden is smarter on this than Trump, but the policy is not realistic. The Paris Accords is a joke, that won't solve anything.
Then, Biden is talking about giving money to countries to behave better.
