Disinfo Disaster scenario “2. One or both candidates contract COVID-19
- Until the coronavirus is brought under control, we have a serious challenge ahead regarding the danger COVID-19 poses to 2020’s presidential candidates.” July 30, 2020

“As Election Day approaches, both candidates will be pressured to pursue more public appearances and in-person campaign events. President Trump largely refuses to wear a mask, and members of his inner circle have tested positive for the virus...” fpri.org/fie/disinforma…

“Every cough, sniff or misstep at a microphone, and at their ages they’ve both had many, could be exploited by their opponent and amplified from afar as a sign of COVID-19.”

“Take this scenario one step further: One of the candidates is hospitalized for an extended period or dies due to COVID-19, just before the election or in the months shortly after the election.”

“Should this occur for Trump or Biden, surely we’d see stories alleging a political party’s replacing a candidate without a voting process, the substitution made by elites instead of voters … the list conspiracies could go on for pages.”

“Americans would flock to COVID-19 conspiracies of elite control, further degrading the authority of U.S. institutions.”

Even if the President tests negative, prepare for conspiracy & disinfo disaster tomorrow as Trump has so degraded trust in Gov health experts we won’t know what to believe

Hardly got the tweet out the results are back. Positive, what a disaster

We’ll add to the President COVID-19 conspiracy tracking here but needless to say, there are many already and they are growing.

I’d also note with POTUS Covid-19 diagnosis, how do we know this? The President’s twitter feed! Not the most trustworthy info source

I’d like to hear from real doctors today that the President has COVID19, and not one of Trump’s rubber stamp cheerleader doctors

Note - U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson “More than half of Britons -- 51% - said they had a favorable opinion of the prime minister in the day after his infection, up 17 points.” apple.news/AQKNYN-ZJT8WME… apple.news/AQKNYN-ZJT8WME…
