However, 3P integrations and plugins in the cloud is not the same as on-premise which is a barrier for large enterprises shifting to the cloud

Is Jira THAT sticky that every enterprise migrating to cloud will adopt the same number of seats?

Or are there so many other options for this workflow that we could see increased churn?
