Azeri bombardments targeted high density civilian areas of Artsakh all 20-30 kilometers from the line of contact. This is clear and intentional targeting of civilians which is an egregious #warcrime that Azerbaijan must answer for #StopAliyev
Among other targets, Azerbaijani drones and missiles hit infrastructure targets with the intention to causes humanitarian distress in Artsakh, yet another war crime #StopAliyev
According to the Human Rights Ombudsman, the Azeribaijani millitary hit civilian targets with Isreali-made cluster bombs and missiles. The use of cluster mutions of any kind is BANNED by international law and is a serious war crime #StopAliyev
In relentlessly targeting and murdering civilians, the Aliyev regime is violating ECHR Article 2 (right to life), and Article 8 (right to family life) and Art. 1 of Protocol 1 (right to property) in destroying private civilian settlements
Its only with international silence about these war crimes that Azerbaijan and Aliyev are able to continue committing them against the people of Artsakh. We need international attention from @OSCE regarding these violations and legal action from the @ECHR_CEDH #StopAliyev
