So, that is how Modi and Shah operate. They get a judge who is on the verge of retirement and then get him to sign an order, which they have drafted closing important cases.
Judge BG Loya did not sign such a draft, did not take 100 Crore being offered, did
not fall for the property that he was offered.
He did not retire, he died. As far as the accused are concerned, it was just a matter of some delay. The third judge, MB Gosavi, did neither, he did not retire or die, he just signed on the dotted line and set Amit Shah free.
