She's making fun of the way Trump habitually checks for the drugs dripping out of his nose. There isn't any dialog to indicate that this is a drug reference. It's pure body language. The gesture she makes has nothing to do with what she is talking about.
CLARIFICATION
She makes this gesture out of the blue. It's random weirdness (to check for the drug drip) — the same way that trump does it.
Did other people notice all these drug references or is it just me?
One more thing about the gesture (auto-checking his upper-lip for the drug-drip);
I haven't seen him do it lately. He trained himself to stop. AND he is putting something on his upper lip to absorb it Do you see the white area on trump's upper lip? It's not a trick of the light.
