If by now you understand a *bit* of Arabic and want to continue studying Arabic *in* Arabic, get comfortable with Hans Wehr and progress through these playlists, I haven't found a better and more consistent progression path on youtube. The teacher is Ahmad Hashim.
These are classroom recordings with great A/V quality. He teaches non-Arabs and his methodology is tailored for that. He does a great job of clarifying new words. But the best thing he does is teach you *how* to think about Arabic grammar and sarf, he doesn't just unload qawa`id.
Al-Tuhfa al-Sanniyah, 31 lessons.
The best thing I ever did was do this course and all the exercises in the book. No more English, just Arabic.

Al-Muhadarat fi Ilm al-Sarf, 32 lessons
Great course om sarf, you'll no longer need tashkil/harakat. The textbook is found on the playlist page, and it starts with i`lal and ibdal, more books should do that.
