@TeamYouTube @US 2. On Sept 23, you said CN was forwarded. I showed it had NOT been, as I got an email saying rejected again. Later that day, you said that they found the CN and have finally forwarded it. I showed you screenshots from my dashboard showing it had NOT -- that it was still rejected.
@TeamYouTube @US I do not know whether to believe you anymore.
- IF the CN had been forwarded, my dashboard would have reported that. It did not.
- IF the CN had been forwarded on Sept 23, then the strike and video would have been corrected by now (more than 10 business days later).
@TeamYouTube @US To summarize: a meritless claim took down my channel because YT's algorithm incorrectly rejected my CN. A strike has been on my channel for 2 months and videos disabled. And my CN -- to this day -- has not been forwarded as required by law.
@TeamYouTube My request: Improve your system to help protect established and credible channels like mine, which has been up years and refuted meritless Take-down claims over 100 times in the past.

If YT fwded as you said, then why hasn't YT retracted the strike and reinstated vids after these 10 (now 20!) business days??
