HUMANIZED MICE: gateway to the Brave New World?
Platform by which Space Age Medicine will find miracle cures for human diseases, esp. pandemic viruses?

Trump hailed the scientific breakthrough that produced his "miracle cure" as "a blessing from God."

After his dramatic proclamation, Trump was immediately pounced on by the Left who sneered that the pro-life hero POTUS used a monoclonal antibody cocktail produced with the use of humanized mice which are created by the infusion of human fetal cells from aborted babies:

The pro-life Charlotte Lozier Institute jumped to Trump's defense but admitted that humanized mice were used in production of Trump's treatment

.

CLI went on to claim in their October 5th press release that Regeneron's VelocImmune mouse are HUMANIZED with a special blend of MOUSE embryonic stem cells, a claim that is very puzzling. How can mice be "humanized" with "mouse embryonic stem cells"?

CLI's statement also contradicted Regeneron's own April 2020 press release which stated that they use embryonic stem cells obtained through NIH-approved sources and in vitro fertilization.

On October 7, CLI's Dr. Tara Sander Lee made this carefully phrased statement which carefully avoided the question of how Regeneron's VelocImmune mice are humanized:

Dr. Lee was also forced to concede that HEK293T cells WERE used in the process, which contradicts her original statement: "No human embryonic stem cells or human fetal tissue were used to produce the treatments President Trump received–period."

CLI held a press briefing on Friday, Oct. 9, but no details of it are available on their website. lozierinstitute.org/scientists-sch…

Dr Tara Sander Lee is an advocate for ethically-sourced human embryonic stem cells to humanize mice. In 2018 she testified to Congress that there are abundant sources of fetal embryonic stem cells available from neonatal surgeries and miscarriages.

Dr. Lee also advised the use of humanized mice from models developed using CD34+ stem cells from cord blood WITHOUT the use of human fetal tissues.

Professor Gerard Harbison has convincingly debunked the original Lozier press release and gave documentation that Regeneron inventors stated in an Aug 2020 Science magazine article that HEK293T cells were used in the antibody cocktail.

Professor Harbison popped up again to refute Dr. Lee's Oct 7 tweet:

Conclusion: Until Dr. Lee is able to come up with some compelling documentation, her attempt to sanitize Trump's use of the Regeneron antibody cocktail and her claims that Regeneron's VelocImmune mice were "humanized" with "mouse" embryonic stem cells remain very much in doubt.

NOTE: Dr. Tara Sander Lee claims there are "abundant sources" of ethically sourced fetal tissue from neonatal surgeries, miscarried babies and ectopic pregnancies.

(Cannibalizing naturally deceased babies in this fashion is a morally dubious proposition. Very murky stuff, IMO.)

Science Magazine gives update on Trump's Regeneron antibody cocktail treatment. Claims VelocImmune mice are not humanized with HEK293T or aborted fetal tissue and links to documents.

I looked through said documents.

Again, ZERO info on how the mice are humanized.

Both papers only state that VelocImmune mice were used, but do not detail how the mice were humanized.

UPDATE: Kristina E. Howard, FDA employee who purchased aborted baby organs from ABR, used BLT mice (humanized with fetal liver and thymus) in her 2019 study on Ofatumumab. Was this research used by Regeneron to concoct their cocktail?

Note the name "Ofatumumab". The letters "mab" at the end denote "monoclonal antibody".

A similar study was done in August 2020 showing how to make a monoclonal antibody cocktail to treat SARS-CoV2 using humanized mice:
