Yea, I don’t see how @TheLancet or @EcoHealthNYC can possibly be regarded as appropriate parties in a credible independent investigation of #originsofsarscov2
No way... of the 12 members of the Lancet origins investigation team, the chair (Daszak) and 5 other members (total of half the team) co-signed @TheLancet letter condemning lab origin conspiracy theories in early Feb.

@EcoHealthNYC @TheLancet I think this guideline on jury selection could be quite useful to you. americanbar.org/groups/public_…
"The judge or the lawyers then ask them questions as to whether they have any knowledge of the case or have had specific experiences that might cause them to be biased or unfair. This questioning of the potential jurors is known as voir dire (to speak the truth)."
"If either lawyer believes there is information that suggests a juror is prejudiced about the case, he or she can ask the judge to dismiss that juror for cause... Each lawyer may request the dismissal of an unlimited number of jurors for cause."
I'd say at least 6 in your case.
This is @TheLancet definition: "conflicts can also occur because of personal relationships or rivalries, academic competition, or intellectual beliefs. A conflict can be actual or potential.. full disclosure.. of all relationships is a requisite."
