You claim a "lack of other factors to explain modern warming." That's silly. We KNOW natural factors COULD cause warming similar to modern warming, because they HAVE caused such warming in the past.

In fact, it is clear that (unknown!) natural causes HAVE contributed even to modern warming, because much of the modern warming occurred BEFORE anthropogenic GHG emissions were large enough to have caused much radiative forcing.

What IS stupid is to dismiss, without evidence or meaningful consideration, even the possibility that those experts could be right. That's not science, it's religious dogma.

We do not know that anthropogenic GHGs cause warming "because nothing else can explain it." That's just wrong. We know they cause warming because of spectroscopic evidence & physics: they MUST cause at least SOME warming.
