1- Abdullah ibn Abbas said:
“I saw the Prophet Muhammad (s.) spreading apart the thighs of Al-Hasan and kissing his penis.”
[Al-Mu’jam-ul-Kabir by At-Tabarani, Volume 12 Page 108 Hadith 12615
All the narrators are trustworthy (thiqah or Hasanl).
Ibn Hajar Asqalani accepted this.
Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani says:
“At-Tabarani reported it and it is a proof, that a little child has no nakedness to cover.” [Ad-Dirayah Fi Takhrij Ahadith Al-Hidayah, page 124]
قال ابن حجر العسقلاني: أخرجه الطَبراني وفيه دليلٌ على أن الصَبي ليست له عروة
So according to you Messenger of Allah(sawa) use to kiss Al-Hasan penis? Attacking Sayyid Sistani is not a big deal, but in your narrations it's a sunnah to kiss children penis.
2- Ibn Taymiyyah says:
“Prophet Muhammad (s.) used to kiss the penis of Al-Hasan.”
[Majmu’-ul-Fatawa, Vol. 21 page 522]
قال أحمد بن تيمية: وقد كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يقبل زبيبة الحسن
Ibn Taymiyyah makes assertion and and does not narrate any tradition. And does not criticise his own statement anywhere. He accepts the intimate kiss as a fact.
So is this allowed then? Kissing the penis of a kid? Wallah, you guys are left with nothing to discuss.
Muhammad Ibn Ahmad Ash-Shirbini writes:
“Certainly sexual intercourse with her is permitted even if she is a child who does not have the capacity for sexual intercourse.” [Mughni Al-Muhtaj, Vol. 3 pg. 243]
قال محمد بن أحمد الشربيني: بل وطؤها محلل وإن كانت طفلة لا يمكن جماعها
So sexual intercourse is permissible with a child girl according to your scholar even if she have no capacity to bear it.
If a fatwa is issued that does not mean to act on it is absolute obligatory rather such thing's depend on time, place and environment.
