Pakistani establishment has mastered a Twitter loophole to spread fake news and create conflicts within South Asia. In this venture, Pak ruling party PTI, ISPR, and Cabinet Ministers are all actively involved.

Twitter allows the users to change their profile – name as well as username, which the Pakistani fake news industry is using to change into various other nationalities- Sri Lankan Brigadier, Omani Princess, Foreign blogger, Chinese Army and so on. (2/9)

In July 2020, the Pak establishment decided to create a full-fledged fake news industry – SAUSMF. It is a joint venture of ruling PTI & ISPR. SAUSMF website was hosted on Pak Cabinet Minister Tareen’s server, and the key players are all favorite boys of ISPR. (5/9)
SAUSMF claims to be a “South Asian organization”, but is actually a Pakistani psy-op. All members of this so-called South Asian organization are either Pakistani or fake handles pretending to be from other South Asian countries. (6/9)
The Pak members of this nexus are the key players of the establishment – having strong association with ISPR and PTI. Members like Aftab Afridi, Awais Javed Satti, Asim Khan share direct links with Pak army, Team Imran Khan (TeamIK) and Pak businessman Jahangir Khan Tareen. (7/9)
Agenda: Spreading anti-India fake news, and try to create rift b/w India and other South Asian nations through fake news and propaganda. They also promote Pakistani image They do so by stealing local identities, often the IDs/pics of unsuspecting girls from other countries. (8/9)
