5 tops or shirts worth having for the spring/summer season...

Here are a handful of my favorites:

Been talking about these shirts A LOT for the past couple of seasons but they seem to have hit their stride this year. Lots of options out there.

And yes, you can wear them casually OR dress them up.

The Long Sleeve Foral Shirt

These don't get nearly enough love as short sleeve tropical print shirts but they are a great option.

The key to remember with these shirts is to NOT dress them up too much (no ties).

The Bold Striped Shirt.

Yes, stronger prints/patterns/colors is sort of a theme during the warm weather season.

Don't confuse these shirts with Bengal stripes or dress/pin stripes.

These aren't nearly as thick/wide...so they are dressier and can be paired with nicer trousers like you see below.

The Tropical Print Shirt

These have been tending for several seasons now and are still a great option this year.

You can style them in a bunch of different ways too.

For example, you can dress them up under a suit which is not something you see often.

The key here is going for a shirt with a white base and a more subdued color combination. It'll be the easiest option to dress up.

The Linen Shirt

Hard to go wrong with a classic warm weather shirt like this.

I actually recommend guys go with a cotton/linen BLEND as it'll cut down on the wrinkles but still give you that casual/breezy aesthetic.

And don't be afraid to LAYER with linen shirts too.

It's a great look broken up over a plain tee like you see on the left.

These are just a handful of options I like right now.

I will be discussing these and others in the coming weeks on my email list.
