After a long week of ups and downs our 👑 King Bentley Eugene 👑 passed away this morning.

Couldn’t be more grateful for the 14+ years our guy gave us.

What an amazing place Heaven is.

First pics of King Bentley. These were the pics his owners sent the day I found him on Craigslist. K was complaining about always being alone as I was working 70-100 hours a week on The Bible Experience. Sent her these pics and we drove down to San Diego to get him that night. 💖

We are sitting here going through pics and realizing these dogs raised us. What a magical place heaven is. Tough. Painful. Fun. Awesome. Just mind blowing really. 🔥💖🌊💫

When we first got Ben we had a soggy door and little backyard at our house in north Hollywood on varna. He wouldn’t use it for a few days and I was getting frustrated so I got a huge slab of ham and chopped it up and kept placing a few chunks on the other side.

Before I even realized it this tiny little dog had eaten like a 1.5lb bone in slab of ham. I didn’t think much of it but then K came home from somewhere and was like “does he seem like he’s acting funny to you!?” And about 30 seconds later he puked up mad ham. 🤣

“how did he eat so much ham?” and I said “well he knows how to use the doggy door now.” 😂😪

He would try and punk me every day. He’d bounce at me and bark if I was working/sleeping and didn’t go for a family walk. Every morning he’d growl at me and bounce and bark trying to get me out of bed when he wanted me up. So fun. 😍💖

This is how’d we’d hang while I made beats, edited the bible experience, programmed hi-hats, searched for samples. He was a great producer. He’d be so comfy I wouldn’t wanna move so I’d just stay working 😂🙏 we spent a lot of time like this since 2007. Thank god for IT. 🙏🤟
