"Slowly arriving but never on time" #TheStratGang

I see a lot of folks asking about how to enter on a smaller time frame when a longer time frame triggers an actionable signal. Here are a couple of examples showing entries and stops using #TheStrat

If you were playing $CZR on Friday you would have seen that above $96.39 we trigger a 2d-2u reversal on the daily. The trigger is drawn along with 2 pivots we'd expect to take out if the trade hit magnitude.

Here is the 5m chart and the ways you could have entered. The pivots from the daily chart are still there and the yellow lines show entry/stop loss. There were a few entries that would have failed.

Here is another daily setup. $DKS. Looking at a 2d-1 coming into Friday. You could play this if it triggered either side of the 1. So we got a 2d-1-2u reversal triggering over $86.09 with magnitude at $87.85.

This one was tough on the 5er. It hit magnitude in the first hour and was a bit of a face ripper in that regard. It did retrace and give you a second chance to get magnitude again but I don't know if I would have stuck around. There were two inside momo hammers to grab. Not easy.

And here is $ADSK with the revstrat setup coming into Friday which is a 3-1-2d looking for the 2u over $273.70. Full magnitude would be at $280.56.

This one gapped up to trigger but then reversed. But we got a hammer on the 3rd 5m candle and if it worked it's going to take out the high of candle before and rebreak daily trigger up. Then you could have added 4-5 times on small triangle they outs! We knew where it was goin!

Last one here is $MU looking to go 2D-1-2 (could be up or down) coming into Friday. We got the break up but it took a little while to do it over $78.86 with magnitude at $79.97.

So we trigger the daily signal at the end of the first hour but then sell off for the next 30 minutes. Right on the flip of the next 30 (11:00am) we get double inside 5 to enter long. Then 2 chances to add on triangle they outs on our way up to magnitude.
