It disproportionately warms frigid winter nights at chilly high latitudes, and slightly lengthens their short growing seasons, which is a Good Thing.

They don't mean what "2°C of warming" means in plain English: they define their warming relative to the chilly "pre-industrial" Little Ice Age (1700s), instead of the present.
