Then at #AMPA2021 today, there was a continuation of colonial, whyte privilege on stolen land that violated Human Rights, harmed Black, Indigenous and racialized members & broke rules of democracy, prioritizing $ over people & R&F. Stop being performative & racist OSSTF.

Typical privilege: make rules up that ONLY make those with power and privilege comfortable and benefit from. Use stalling tactics to silence oppressed members. Fake whyte tears to pretend you are somehow a "victim," of what? Who knows?

ONLY kick out dissenting voices of racialized members, NOT your PE that ALSO received NUMEROUS warnings of being out of order and inappropriate uses of "cards" and lack transparency, which YOU demand of the government.

You do NOT get to become a dictator in a democratic forum or place; WE are the union, WE pay dues, and WE deserve to be heard. Violation of Human Rights, the TRC Calls to Action and UNDRIP supercedes any organization's procedural "rules."

When you conspire in backroom "breakout rooms" and delay processes, and have your mics on, we can hear you. When you threaten racialized members online, and fail to address Anti-Harrassment policies by addressing complaints when that is where you direct them, you are negligent.

This was violent, disgusting and if anyone was silent, you are complicit in active oppression and I fear for not only my children, but all children. This is HOW Residential Schools were enabled and WHY the Millennial Scoop continues genocide. Check your privilege.
