And demands removal of the clauses which criminalise being #NoisyAndAnnoying at protests.

Tory MP Robert Goodwill accuses those standing up for the right to protest of "wokism" and uses the vandalism of some protests to justify putting arbitrary noise limits on all protests.

Then @HarrietHarman pointed out the need to tighten the rules and conditions under which the sexual history of the rape victim can be taken into account (namely with the defendant.)

She says it should be addressed sooner and not delayed by Law Commission review.

Then @neill_bob explains the notion of consent to her, and tells her that raising the bar for proven consent should be delayed until after they've passed a bill that give 10 years of jail to people who violate the consent of statues.

MP @LabourSJ called out the #PolicingBill for attacking gypsies by criminalising their way of life.
Again, the police themselves don't want these powers. The real answer is the provision of more places to stop.

Then SNP MP @AnneMcLaughlin pointed out that the efforts to ban people from protesting by the Parliament show that the MPs behind the #PolicingBill just don't want to hear criticism.
