#Kash tells @JanJekielek everyone says there’s no accountability but just remember there was 17 high level officials that was either fired or removed of their duties. That has never happened in the history of our country.

#Kash says outside of John Durham federal judges have more power than anyone. There was four different FISA warrant By four different judges that can have every individual hauled in and hold him accountable

#Kash says they was able to show that intentionally fraudulent findings that was presented to the court and what’s more important was the evidence they found that wasn’t presented.

#Kash explains how they presented evidence to the judge and they just blew them off and said someone else should look at it.

#Kash tells @JanJekielek if he was in charge of the special counsel he will begin by looking to see if there was an over arching conspiracy. No one person to pull that off by there self because it would be impossible.

#Kask says they found that multiple people including the Director of the FBI and the deputy director of the FBI withheld information from the federal judge and/or lied to though IG and lied Underoath at a congressional hearing and/or verified the fraudulent warrant.

#Kash says Kevin Kleinsmith intentionally removed NOT From my email and it changed the whole meaning of it. #Kash says he doesn’t think he done it on his own. So everyone that signed off on it he would be prosecuting.

#Kash says while he would run these two parallel investigations he would also be running a investigation into the leaks.

#Kash explains what they was leaking was covered by very high-level classification so you will be able to narrow it down to 15 to 20 people.

#Kash says when you talk about all of the events we’ve been discussing you can see why the American public has lost confidence of our government holding itself accountable.

#Kash says who else was huddled up McCabe, Strzok, and @NatSecLisa the next couple weeks after that meeting in Andy‘s office? I would find out if there was a FISA application that hasn’t been disclosed yet or FBI reporting that’s not made public yet.

#Kash tells @JanJekielek The last thing he will be doing is utilizing the grand jury system. He would be subpoena all 17 he mentioned earlier to show up in front of a grand jury.

#Kask says there’s been a lot of people looking for the report and he reminds them the report is only a component of it. He thinks the only way confidence can ever be restored with the American people it would have to be indictments.

#Kash says him and @RichardGrenell was only able to unclassified about 30% of the documents that America needed to see.

#Kash says Sunlight is the best disinfected. He knows this mound of information was declassified at the end of President Trump’s administration but he doesn’t know what happened to it.
