Senator Rick Scott's campaign against the Affordable Care Act in '09 via his Conservatives For Patients' Rights is a notorious case of not-for-profit abuse. First off, it was registered as a 501c3 when it was clearly a 501c4 but, hey, Rick wanted the tax deduction...
