I built a site for a total cost of $2,000 which now makes $1,000/month, here's how I found the opportunity using @ahrefs🧵..
@ahrefs 1. Head to Ahrefs content explorer and put a very broad keyword in there e.g. "why"..
2. Select 'add filter' and choose 'domain rating', leave the from box empty and put a low number (10 or less) in the 'to' box.
3. Add a 'page traffic' filter and put in a high number such as 10,000.
You will now see a list of pages that get more than 10,000 sessions a month on sites with a domain rating of less than 10.
Many of these high traffic opportunities are there for the taking, that's exactly what I did and managed to find an opportunity around which I built a site for only $2,000 which makes $1,000/month from display ads.
