Bersoff said he sold BTG because it had become too small by default to compete well in government services. "There's been an awful lot of consolidation in the government services industry, and a $280 million company wasn't large enough to be a major factor," Bersoff said
"When the opportunity came about to be acquired by Titan, it made sense to us."
