My friends only eat Kosher meat. @TheFourteas in Stratford-upon-Avon demanded to serve them a chicken sandwich and refused to replace it with an alternative or even just remove it. Eventually, my friends and their 2yo kid were thrown out. tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowUserReview…
Update: @TheFourteas has responded, basically mocking my Jewish friends for not eating non-Kosher meat as "seeking refuge behind imaginative cultural or religious reasons".
All they wanted was to swap a chicken sandwich for cucumber, or to just leave it off the plate altogether
@TheFourteas My friends aren't unique. Here's a review from just two days ago where a wheelchair user wasn't accommodated, also for no obvious reason, and then the customers were insulted by the management. tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowUserReview…
@TheFourteas ..or this one, where they claim a bad review was left by their competitors as part of an organised smear campaign tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowUserReview…
@TheFourteas This non-white family were turned away from @TheFourteas but then saw white groups let in after them. tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowUserReview…
What a coincidence! Yesterday, a 'customer' who just happened to be in FourTeas at the same time *and* happened to read their review decided to post their first ever TripAdvisor review talking mostly about my friends and why they were wrong. Spooky, eh?
