Liberal media will form press groups that receive funds from US Government, European Union and then go on to claim that they are performing independent journalism.
LOL
The western media and the liberal media in India as well are not saying much about the Afghan children Joe Biden murdered because all of them are part of groups that receive huge funds from US Govt and EU.
The Wire received some award for god knows what from some group called International Press Institute. Look who the IPI's donors are hahahahaha. "Independent media" LMAO
N Ravi of The Hindu is a member at IPI, a group that receives money from George Soros's Open Society Foundations, and the European Commission, the Government of Sweden also. It's just too funny.
IPI, that receives lots and lots of money from western governments and gave award to The Wire, and has The Hindu's N Ravi as a member, wanted US Secretary of State Antony Blinken to raise issue of "press freedom" in India.
Is this independent journalism or western propaganda?
IPI has also launched a 'Global Journalism Project' using donor money from western governments and shady organisations such as Open Society. Is this journalism or western propaganda?
One of the goals of IPI's 'Global Journalism Project' is to fight 'disinformation'. Since they receive money from western governments, what kind of 'disinformation' do you think these people will fight against?
Barkha Dutt, Dhanya Rajendran, Siddharth Varadarajan of The Wire and Scroll's Supriya Sharma were speakers at the IPI's 'World Congress' event. Remember, this is a group that is funded by western governments and George Soros.
IPI's World Congress was also attended by three other Indian 'journalists'
Here is what the speakers from Indian media spoke about at IPI's World Cong. Notice the topic Siddharth Varadarajan of The Wire spoke about.
"Journalism is still the answer to populist governments that mark media as the enemy"
At event organised by a group funded by Western Govts
A western government funded 'journalism' group complains about Russia labeling certain 'journalists' as foreign agents. Surprising? I think not.
A western government funded 'journalism' group demands that the 'international community' "stand with the people of Belarus". Is this journalism? Belarus is at odds with western governments and is leaning towards Russia. How is this 'journalism'?
All this goes on to show that the control of western governments over global media is much more of a concern at this moment than Chinese or Russian influence on "independent media". It also shows the kind of independence India guarantees to the media no other country does.
