A thread on how racism claims are a BIG DEAL

With Brexit, the only sphere of influence the UK Govt has, is in the CW and this is held together by the Monarchy.
Without favourable EU tarrifs, the UK turns to commonwealth countries.

With Barbados gone and Jamaica and Belize rumoured to be next, the racisms claims mean a lot.

The British Monarchy isn't a benign apolitical institution. The UK on its own, is a small island without significant resources & depends on it's former colonies more that we are aware of. In Kenya for example we have military bases and one sided trade deals that favor the UK.

Like it or not commonwealth countries still have a parasitic relationship with the UK, and all shrouded by the Royal Family.
Cheap imports flood a lot of markets while making it difficult for locals to export to the UK.

This new generation is getting exposed to the racist horror that is the Royal Family and must work to free itself.

There is nothing that the British Royal Family adds to the daily life of a commonwealth member and claims of racism should be a wake up call

This connection to the CW is why a country can be in the middle of a Pandemic and send flowers to the UK 🤦🏾‍♀️, only for the UK to bring a deadly strain into the country and then ban the people from travelling because of said strain.

The ban was mostly to black & brown countries.

But things are changing.This article from Kenya shows how the racism within the Royal Family has been exposed.

The racist treatment of Meghan Markle has struck a nerve and reopened the wounds inflicted on black people by the Empire in the name of the Queen and Monarch.

The aftermath of Brexit brought people like Farage to our screens and are associated with xenophobia.

So when #PrinceWilliam and Piss Moron claim the RF is 'very much not a racist family' , no one is buying it.

So when the commonwealth, made up of 70% black people sees how Meghan Markle, the first biracial senior member of the RF is treated. The echos of colonialism and it's treatment of POC gets louder.

The UK's dwindling influence is seen when Barbados didn't even inform them.

If that connection between the UK and the commonwealth is broken, the fiscal implications for the UK government are enormous. Because of Brexit and Without the EU, the only ones left are the commonwealth countries.

That's why they care about the Royal Family's reputation in the CW. The RF holds together the CW making it financially advantageous to the UK Govt.
Brexit has exposed the UK'S economic weakness. They are even running out of chicken at the KFC. They can't afford to lose the CW.
