The continuity between Wolff's mk-ultra sub-project 61 and some of the research agendas in Antarctica including Wolf's is pretty clear. The environmental and social conditions in Antarctica make for a promising human ecology laboratory
Basil Hetzel even says that the series of fellows at Cornell who worked under Wolf and Wolff on the relation between stress and disease were nicknamed the "Wolf Pack"
Pretty wild Stewart Wolf also overlapped with Louis Jolyon West both at Cornell, and then at his next post in Oklahoma. (Recall both Chester Pierce and Jay Shurley from the Antarctica program were close JL West friends and colleagues)
