Spring 2000, group called Gelatin given full access to World Trade Center. They removed heavy WTC windows of an office space on 91st floor & constructed a prefab balcony outside of building. They then "puttied" everything up. Read the article about boxes.

NY Times did a story on this on August 18, 2001, which seems odd.

Why did no one cover it when it happened?

5/7/02 another story appeared about hundreds of Israelis claiming to be "art students" haunting federal offices including DOD & DEA starting early 2000 & into 2001. Also visited homes of federal officials to peddle "art". 40 cities involved.
