SCOOP: a group of "hackers on steroids" gained access to a large dataset belonging to Epik, the web host of the Texas GOP website, Texas Right to Life website, and anti-abortion snitch website.

I do not have access to the data cache but a source was able to verify the veracity of this press release.

Looking forward to checking out the public release!

This has blown up so I'm obliged to ask you to consider chipping in to support my independent journalism. You can support my muckraking for as little as $2.50 a month.

UPDATE: I've been doxxed and defamed by a customer of Epik. Rob Monster just publicly acknowledged the website.

UPDATE: the cache has been released to epikfail.win

CLARIFICATION: the Prolifewhistleblower site that Epik has provided services for is OWNED by Texas Right to Life, but the Texas Right to Life website itself uses a different provider. I regret the error in the original tweet. The rest of the reporting still stands.
