Donald Craighead's case appears to be up now.
His lawyer waives a public reading of the charges, pleads not guilty on his behalf and requests his release.
The govt requests a hold and stay-away order for various locations around Washington, D.C., including the US Capitol.
Craighead's lawyer says: "Here, this is an allegation of a [possession]-only."
"Most of his history, with the exception one is instance, is not dangerous," she says.
Judge: "There is a prior assault charge that involved a weapon" about a year ago.
He orders Craighead to be held without bond.
