Owner Surrender

๐ŸŒŠ Torchy (aka Moses) came to the shelter on 8/11 as an owner surrender. They brought him to the shelter as a euth request. ๐Ÿ˜ž Torchy is heartworm negative and a healthy guy!!! He feels terrified and is acting defensive. He coming around with treats, though his

progress is slow. We donโ€™t know what kind of life Torchy had to be abandoned to die by his โ€œpeople,โ€ though it likely hasnโ€™t been kind. Torchy feels unsure of who he can trust and we understand that. Torchy needs a safe place to decompress so we can get to know him better. Dogs

blossom once they feel safe and can relax! ๐ŸŒบ Torchy deserves kindness and to be given a fair chance. He wonโ€™t get that chance without his hero! ๐Ÿฆธโ€โ™‚๏ธPlease contact Barc and the page ASAP if you can save his life! ๐Ÿฆธโ€โ™‚๏ธ
