Nicholas Burton Reimler (aka #nauticalinsider) is scheduled to take a plea deal at 2:30. He was no. 39 on the FBI’s Capitol wanted list, which is currently up to suspect 465.
Snapchat Places failed Riemler (aka “bustaareim”) when he was in the Capitol crypt, which is not the "TOP OF THE US CAPITOL DOME.”
"He posted many times on social media pictures of himself inside the Capitol on Jan. 6th and posted several times about going to D.C. In the pictures attached you can see him in the exact same outfit (found on his Facebook).” storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco….
Reimler is pleading guilty to the “Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing” charge that’s become the standard in misdemeanor plea deals.
Charges that will be dropped at sentencing:
- Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building
- Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct
Reimler told the judge he had a bachelor’s degree and had one beer last night, but that’s not going to hold anything up. Now proceeding. Prosecutor, reading off of statement of facts, mentioned how Reimler posted Trump’s post about Jan. 6.
Guilty plea entered. Sentencing set for December 10.
