Today's #RunForThindi column for @htTweets features Asha Tiffin, the recently opened place in Whitefield. Hands down, the best place for masal dosE and keaaribhath! Finally, about damn time, Whitefield got a *good* darshini like place.

Thank you @saffrontrail for sharing the place :D
Located in AECS layout, at the end of the "cherry blossom" street. They have parking space as well.

The layout etc is similar to Taaza thindi. Font, signs, style of service, all that. Good Masal dosE for 30 bucks? Sign me up!

Gari gari vadE, ✅
Probably made with a machine, but tastes good!
Chutney is good, sambar is good!
Love the plate :)

Chow chow bath is good! The kharabhath tastes more like a broken rava bisibelebhath. But their Kesari bhath is great! Light, just the right amount of sweetness, chunks of pineapple, undertones of clove and cashew :) terrific Stuff!

Heard 4 ppl speaking in Kannada over coffee. Something about a plot of land and ippat laksha. Finally felt like proper Bangalore 🙈😬🔥❤️
Kaapi is inconsistent. But decent overall when you ask for strong kaapi.

Aaaaaand the masal dosE. Reasonably crisp on the outside. Bit soft on the inside. Nice and golden. The consistency dosE after dosE hasn't hit taaza thindi levels, but good stuff!

Damn right this is Bangalore. No sambar with nammooru style Masal dosE. And it is dosE not dosa ;)

Good place, good food, good ambience, good vibes. Feels good ❤️
