1. Two days ago Andy Ngo posted about Laura Kealiher, mother of murdered Portland antifascist activist Sean Kealiher. As usual Andy's trolls swarmed his target with vile trolling celebrating his murder.

2. Searching her Twitter handle over the last 48 hours is a horror show. She posted a few of the cruel posts, but there's dozens of times that amount. It's disgusting and enraging.

3. The post from "Bruce Wayne" @1SteelerFanatic is an example, but far from the worst. What makes this Batman larping asshole stand out is that he's an officer in the @SeattlePD.

4. Meet Officer Andrei Constantin of the Seattle Police.

Andrei trolls grieving mothers, but that's far from all he does.

5. Andrei Constantin has an anonymous Twitter account, which provided him the illusion of safety to say horrible things.

6. Before we show how he was identified, let's get to problem with Alexei being an armed police officer in Seattle.

7. Should a Seattle Police Officer be celebrating murders in the city where he works? Alexei is.

8. He thinks George Floyd being murdered by police was "justice". Keep in mind that his post is from May this year.

9. Likewise when suspects are killed by his own department he's happy with the results.

10. Lest you think single extrajudicial killings are his limit, he wanted the whole CHAZ/CHOP area and everyone in it napalmed.

11. He defends every instance of police violence that I could find on his Twitter timeline. Unsurprising to be fair.

12. Andrei Constantin also celebrates violence against anyone who he thinks is Antifa.

13. Andy Ngo shows up, because this is the red meat he throws at his followers. The brain worms they get from it lead to them swarming anyone that Andy posts about.

14. Truth be told, he believes anyone and everyone who attended the George Floyd protests over 2020 is an "#AntifaTerrorist" in his mind, but they're both dangerous and paper tigers to him.

15. How else does that manifest itself? He promoted #FreeDawitKelete last year. What's that?

16. That's the name of the guy that intentionally turned onto a closed freeway and gunned his car, killing Summer Taylor. I'm not linking the video, because murder.

17. Not only did he want to donate to the gofundme for the vehicular homicide guy, he also wanted to donate to a guy that appears to have tried the same thing. This one was a SPD Officer's brother.

18. If you were protesting last summer and got hit or almost hit by a car, I've got a pretty good idea how Officer Andrei Constantin felt about it.

19. If you confront people for not wearing masks in Seattle, here's what Andrei thinks.

Is this the policing you want Seattle?

20. If you get smart with cops, it appears Andrei believes you should have your teeth knocked out by cops.

Is this how you protect and serve @SeattlePD ?

21. Andrei Constantin seems to believe that it's the gun that gives cops power, not the power of the state or consent of the governed.

23. Andrei spent a lot of time trolling the city attorney, prosecotors, the mayor, the city counsel, and even his own police department. If you're one of these, search his Twitter. It's fun.

The only local sacred cow was his police union.

24. Before he was @1SteelerFanatic his Twitter account was called LVEncoreVIP, because he was some kind of manservant for VIPs at a themed club in Las Vegas.

25. Prior to that he went by AndreiSurrender, because he worked at a place called Surrender in Las Vegas.

26. He also posted his phone number on Twitter, which was owned by Andrei Constantin in the Seattle area. 🤣

27. @1SteelerFanatic is mutuals with Nick Constantin too. The Pittsburgh Steelers, Miami Dolphins, many same friends on his Twitter and FB, and so much more.

28. Why is Andrei Constantin a cop with @SeattlePD if he hates it, the locals, the local government, and so much more about the area?

39. It's not really about whether he did it or not, because that's a very simple yes. It's whether the department and union care about what he said. This isn't hard.

40. Andrei's brother Nick Constantin changed from SavageNick77 to Unknown89135 overnight and locked his Twitter account.

I'm sure that's just a coincidence.

41. The Seattle Police Off8cers Guild @SPOG1952 and their leader @realmikesolan followed the Twitter account for Andrei Constantin documented above.

42. Andrei seemed to be a fan of City Attorney candidate Ann Davison, Ann's cozy with SPOG head Mile Solan, and Mike followed Andrei's Twitter account.

The likelihood Ann is going to be interested in accountability in the Seattle Police is about zero.
