There are "over 3 million licensed real estate agents" throughout the country, all with direct connections to commercial and residential property owners.

Right now, most property owners don't even realize they want what #MetroCrowd has to offer. Many don't even know what real estate tokenization is—much less smart contracts & blockchain defi.

This creates a serious WORD OF MOUTH problem for @Metrospaces.

Owners aren't going to shout-out the praises of what they don't understand—and most aren't too vocal re the tips they get or the sweet deals they make. So they won't be the source of what grows #Metrocrowd's global influence or presence.

Smart, attractive, they know how to be compelling, they know how to hustle—and, most importantly, they know how to sell.

I believe real estate agents are more than capable of being our MetroCrowd AMBASSADORS, the foot soldiers, as it were, who could prove a very interesting bridge to the real estate tokenization conversation.

Offering "commission-based ambassadorships" (paid in cryptocurrency) could easily incentivize untold numbers of realtors to take up the mantle as #MetroCrowd "Envoys", or syndicate envoys, to solve our word of mouth problem.

And they would solve our word of mouth problem by BECOMING #MetroCrowd's local spokesperson, through the intimate, up-close and personal relationships many realtors already have.

This commission-based ambassadorship or "Syndicate Envoy Program" would motivate agents to bring up #MetroCrowd real estate tokenization with EVERYONE, landlords, property owners and prospective tenants alike—and who better to do this?

Realtors by definition are in constant communication with people who are either already in or interested in property ownership.

Why not let them take leadership roles in the conversation of #RealEstate #Fractionalization and #DigitalShares, leading them straight to #MetroCrowd's door, and ending with a commission in cryptocurrency if a sale of any type is made.

As mentioned, real estate agents already know how to hustle. Often a close-knit group, they talk amongst themselves to find and trade opportunities in our current gig economy.

So let THEM be our mouthpiece. Let real estate agents all over town spread the word and bridge the gap between real estate, technology and interpersonal connection.
