Thread: wOKeU President @OU_President Joseph Harroz claims to support Free Speech on campus while actively instituting policies that are diametrically opposed to Free Speech.

I will unpack his statement to show you his manipulative hypocrisy.

@ConceptualJames @realchrisrufo

2/ Harroz begins his letter hitting all the buzz words but expands the purpose of a university to include teaching graduates to "live together in harmony." As we will see later in the letter, this new mission will implicitly exclude those who dissent to CRT/DEI ideology.

3/ In fact, in the very next sentence, he immediately draws a bright line of distinction between what speech will be tolerated at OU and what speech excluded though CRT based principles of "Diversity, Equity & Inclusion." Accept the views of CRT/DEI/AR or you won't be accepted.

4/ Next, Harroz then shows that he is a knowledgeable practitioner of CRT Ideology and Praxis through blatant manipulation of language. Then he does "the work." When he says "rather than indoctrinate..."he knows that CRT scholars have changed the definition of "critical thinking"

5/ He knows that the word "critical" means the following for his Division of Ideological Enforcement.

"To be “critical” in the Social Justice sense is to be aware of and resist (systemic) power and disrupt established systems and ways of thinking."

6/Make no mistake, when he says "civil discourse is both the path to truth and compassionate understanding," he is defining civil discourse (speech) in terms of CRT/DEI/AR ideology and praxis. Therefore, only those who practice "civil speech" as defined by him will have FS at OU

7/ Here, Harroz contradicts his stated need for DEI by his own "lived experience." Harroz came to OU in 1985, became a lawyer, Dean of OU Law and OU President, all without DEI Ideology&Praxis. Also, notice the order he puts his "diversity" categories & what's missing:viewpoint D

8/ Somehow he did all of this before DEI at OU, but today's OU students cant.He then implies that "democracy" cannot exist without institutionalization of DEI ideology/praxis-knowing that he has adopted the CRTredefinition of democracy to include nondemocratic gloabal constructs.

9/ Listen to @ConceptualJames to get an in-depth understanding of how CRT has redefined democracy.

10/ He then touts the institutionalization and enforcement of DEI ideology and praxis in OU's early college curriculum, which before HB 1775 was mandatory, for OU's youngest and most impressionable students - designed to indoctrinate students into CRT style "Critical Thinking"

11/ He then places DEI at the "very heart of our democracy"and then ties "democracy" to "civil discourse" which is essentially DEI's limiting redefinition of freedom of speech. Then defining OU using the royal OUR, introduces DEI's place in this process: Accountability

12/ Who will his Division of Ideological Enforcement hold accountable? He waits until the end to tell us. Anyone who "espouses hate" as defined by CRT/DEI/AR.

14/ Harroz also identifies the greatest threat to actual unity in the United States, while at the same time requiring that OU implement CRT derived ideologies like Intersectionality and micro-aggression, designed to amplify differences, hate, and mistrust.

15/ How do I know that Harroz will limit Freedom of Speech at OU to CRT/DEI's ideological notion of civil discourse? He has done it himself before as DeanOU College of Law. So much for freedom of religion or speech, as he mentioned in his dishonest letter. lifesitenews.com/news/legally-b…

If you haven't seen it, here is the letter @OU_President Harroz wrote when he fired Professor Brian McCall for voicing his religious beliefs as a Catholic.

Only the Woke have freedom of speech at @UofOklahoma
