1. Nathan Wolfe is Founder and Chairman of the Board of Metabiota, a for-profit company that specializes in microbiological research, products, and services.
Metabiota was originally named Global Viral Forecasting (GVF)
2. In 2005, he was awarded the NIH Director's Pioneer Award Program - which grants $2.5M and 5 years to do largely whatever they felt necessary to advance their scientific advances. His goal was to roll out a Global Monitoring System of viral hotspots.
3. "I'd renew collaborations from my years in Malaysia and begin work with a new set of colleagues to establish programs in China and Southeast Asia. We'd set up the beginnings of a system to capture global viral chatter."
4. He spent the next few years developing a strategy to do just that. In 2008, he quit his job at UCLA "as one of the increasingly rare lifelong tenured professors" to start Global Viral Forecasting (GVF) to monitor global medical intelligence to catch pandemics early.
5. In 2009, Nathan Wolfe spoke about Forecasting Disease and the Future of Global Health.
"People want communication in such a profound way, that it may be that communication reaches some of these places before electricity, before good water, etc...
6. "And this, from our perspective is really, potentially, very good news. Because this means we can increase the ability for ourselves to monitor these particular viruses."

7. Wolfe is more concerned about getting cell phones to track viruses to people in areas without electricity or good water.
Seems kind of like an oxymoron when speaking about Forecasting Disease and the Future of Global Health, but it shows where his priorities lie.
8. Metabiota had been contracted by the Pentagon to perform work for DTRA before and during the Ebola crisis in West Africa and was awarded $3.2M million (2012-2015) for work in Sierra Leone – one of the countries at the epicenter of the Ebola outbreak.

9. That's right, Metabiota was awarded a contract in 2011 to start tracking Ebola in '12- TWO YEARS before the outbreak in 14-15. 🤔Reports were not good on the job they did "preventing" any kind of spread of the virus. Perhaps, that was their point?
Here's a cell phone though.
10. "But there were already reports of suspected infections in the country and, within weeks, the virus tore through Sierra Leone, overwhelming the hospital in Kenema where Metabiota shared the 700-square-foot (65-square-meter) lab with Tulane."

11. Despite people on the ground stating Metabiota exacerbated the problem, they would go on to get many more government contracts, as well as find some private investors.

13. Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners (RSTP) – an investment firm led by Hunter Biden – was a lead financial backer of Metabiota.
"Financial reports reveal that RSTP led the company’s first round of funding, which amounted to $30 million."

14. Former Managing Director and co-founder of RSTP Neil Callahan – a name that appears many times on Hunter Biden’s hard drive – also sits on Metabiota’s Board of Advisors.
Neil Callahan is a Founder and Managing Partner at Pilot Growth Equity and is based in New York.
15. Maybe they knew where this was going?
“We don’t have to just throw up our hands when epidemics happen. Through a combination of monitoring and modeling, we can be proactive and hedge some of the risk.” -Wolfe

16. And continued to raise LARGE sums of money for Pandemic products such as Pandemic Tracker and Insurance.
Metabiota has successfully raised $41 million in venture capital over three funding rounds led by Pilot Growth Equity. (May 2019) thehealthcaretechnologyreport.com/metabiota-uses…
17. "Built by Metabiota, a company that consults with governments on the spread of infectious diseases, their Epidemic Tracker allows you to track 70 epidemics occurring right now across the globe."

18. Metabiota was ready for the press when the pandemic started. They are credited by some as being the first to actually detect COVID, yet Blue Dot, a Canadian company also gets the credit.
19. People all over the world suffered due to the pandemic. Some did not. They knew it was coming.
"His (Wolfe) original organization split into two entities, Metabiota and Global Viral, which is now the Laboratory for Research in Complex Systems." (7/21)

20. They are warning us they are working on the next one.
"Using their model, based on simulated epidemic and pandemic catalogs, the Metabiota team also estimated the probability of another event as damaging as COVID-19."

21. In his book “The Viral Storm,” Wolfe writes that his work is aimed at hunting down “the first moments at the birth of a new pandemic” to prevent its global spread."
Despite receiving MILLIONS of dollars, Wolfe and his sham companies have yet to prevent anything.
22. One more thing... while Hunter Biden was investing in this company, Daddy was VP.
So, Metabiota was technically getting $$$ from both.
