(notice the trend)
Each of these states saw a bump at roughly the same time last year
And are now seeing another now
(2nd worst wave for all... possibility of becoming the worst)
I'm not smart enough to tell you precisely why (beware the anonymous accounts below who will suggest they know)
But... wow...
